There is no box

There is no box beyond those created in the imagination of man and woman interpreting life. We can redefine any box with new perspective from a higher level of Master Mind thought vibration to push beyond the apparent limitations we now face.

Rules are made to be:

A. Followed

B. Broken

C. Ignored

D. Worshiped

E. Carved in stone

We see them everywhere. Mom has the list on the refrigerator. Dad posted our personal list behind the bedroom door. School teachers promote rules for everything. The church gives us rules to live by. The first thing we learn at work is the rules. And every game we play from marbles to hopscotch to football, baseball and The Apprentice we are taught to follow the rules.

Master Mind Business Attraction Secrets – A Better Way

Nothing great was ever achieved without The Master Mind Principle and anyone can study the Master Mind Business Attraction Secrets of the masters over the centuries and learn to use it.

Walt Disney knew it and used it to build the magic kingdom.

Walter Russell knew it and used it to become proficient in 5 different professions.

Bill Gates knew it and used it to put a computer on nearly every desk around the world.

Over the years I have observed that people attracted to The Master Mind know deep down there is a better way, but they don’t know what “it,” is.

Executives climbing too slowly or struggling up the corporate ladder often know inside there is a better way, but they don’t know what, “it” is, let alone how to use it.

Entrepreneurs searching through the business forest for their freedom lost, alone, or trapped in the maze intuitively know there is a better way, yet, “it,” escapes them. 

Last week in a sales newsletter I read the following:

“A professionals life would be so much simpler if prospects would just walk up to you at an event and say, ‘I’d like to become your client,’ But that’s a pretty rare occurrence.”

Desirable rare occurrences become common, the norm, when the principles involved in creating them are understood and applied. I have personally documented a 98% closing ratio with a selling system that intentionally engages the power of Master Mind Attraction. With this system such certainty and confidence is gained that you know immediately when you meet someone that they will become a client with 98% certainty so you can relax and enjoy the selling process through to completion from that point.

Imagine having someone ring your business by mistake while calling a competitor and you turning that, “wrong number,” into a sale.

Imagine knowing with certainty before showing your prospect any of your products or services exactly what they will end up owning and enjoying when they purchase with you.

Imagine being able to sit back with a relaxed intensity through every step of the selling interview process and truly enjoying the people you are working with while confidently knowing you’ll conclude with a sale and in due time referrals because of the outstanding results they receive.

With Master Mind business selling attraction there is no stress, no struggle, no doubt, no fear.   3. Rewrite your sales procedures, systems and scripting to match your Master Mind selling vision
  4. Begin using The Master Mind Principle in every step with both a dedicated Master Mind for the purpose of realizing your specific selling goal, and ad hock Master Minds for developing your process

These four steps will get you started. Of course you’ll also want to learn as much as you possibly can about The Master Mind Principle and develop the skills associated with that.

You’ll quickly find that your own mindset is the hidden secret to Master Mind Attraction Selling Success. The Top 7 Ways to Tap Into The Third Mind

1.      Ask a question, attend a meeting, and listen for the answer. Any personal, professional, or business challenge has a creative solution accessible to you through The Third Mind, so write down a question prior to the start of any meeting. While doing whatever you normally do in the meeting be prepared with pen and paper to hear your answer. Whether the answer comes during the meeting or after, the next day, the next week, or in the middle of the night, capture it.

2.      Access intuition by listening to your heart. At the next place you go where there are lots of people walk down the isles or through the crowd and listen to your heart for a connection with another person. You’ll know it by the pull of attraction you feel when your eyes meet. Strike up a conversation, listen and learn. Follow up later if appropriate. In a networking context the ones attracted to you have a referral for you or they could be a new client, or new member of your network.

3.      Read Success Magazine(s) and look for evidence of synergy in use. Then, simply do what they did. No matter what level your company is on – start up, growth, or mature – there is a way for you to implement what they did in your company. Look for the creative solution. Burger King sells Lyon King, and a professional speaker can sell coaching.

4.      Align your business with your highest, best self. Invest the time to get crystal clear on your Vision, Mission, Passion, Action in your life and in your business, so everywhere you go you’ll attract access to The Third Mind. Do it in writing. It will radiate out from you in all you do and say.

5.      Awaken your spirit from within. There is an inner self we all have access to, so take time to get acquainted with it. No matter what your spiritual discipline, it could take you there. A wonderful guidebook to your inner self is, “How To Lose Your Fears and Find Your Key To Happiness by Harold Sherman.” Read it, follow instructions, and let me know what happens. Or, a Master Mind Alliance will introduce you to your inner self.

6.      Form an add hoc alliance to shift your thought levels. Frederick Gilbert began his speaking career by taking a shortcut to a $100,000 a year business with quarterly meetings of successful key people who helped him design his business with that goal in mind. Yes, this is a short cut. Why not take it? Pick six people, who know what you need to know, buy breakfast and lunch and invite them for a half day with you.

7.      Find a group with synergistic potential and serve them. Follow a recreational interest or business interest and volunteer to serve the board or committee. As you immerse yourself into their pre established group synergy, apply “eclectic design principle” (melding the best in each idea into a greater whole) and many doors will open for you.

Over-Controlling and Master Mind Attraction

All groups including Master Minds sometimes fly through turbulent air or meet                                    with cross purposes or other conflicts. Most groups end up overcontrolling with                           sometimes devastating effects, but a higher wisdom prevails in a Master Mind Alliance                       allowing the natural flow of the air always to support your advancement.

Here’s an example. Names have been changed or removed to maintain confidentiality.

You are surely to be congratulated on the way you handled the potentially
devastating blows inflicted on your cause recently, because you avoided a
trap common to all boards.

I’m sending you this acknowledgment because what you did is significant and
I’d like you to capture the significance of what you did, so you may pass it
on to the new board following elections to continue growing from strength to strength.

If you’ve ever flown in a small airplane and encountered a cross wind en
route you know the awkward feeling that comes with the plane canted at an
angle flying in one direction with the nose pointed to the right or left
of that direction. A pilot prevents a cross wind from blowing her/him off
course by pointing the nose at an angle toward the wind. With the right wind
correction angle, the plane still arrives at the destination though it looks
like you’re flying to a different point as the heading and course are
different. This is what you did at your organization when you compensated                                       for John Dumbs’ attacks, but you didn’t fall into the trap.

Every new board has something in common with a new pilot learning to fly an
airplane – over controlling – that’s a trap – and you avoided it. If you’ll
remember and pass on what you did to avoid it, your experience may
contribute even more to the future of your organization.

What usually happens is expressed really well by the quote I gave you in a
previous message by Robert Fritz in his book, The Path of Least
Resistance, but what it boils down to is the problem or negative thing
happens, then everyone puts all their energy on that negative causing you to be
pulled off purpose. Seen clearly we conclude our purpose shifted from its
original focus to solving the problem, which usually creates more problems
because you’re off purpose.

The way the student pilot learns to relax and apply the appropriate
pressures to the control surfaces of the airplane without over controlling
is by first imprinting on her/his mind the reality that the airplane wants
to fly. It is built for that purpose and will generally fly hands off when
trimmed properly (unless it is an aerobatic plane requiring a slightly                                               different technique), and it only takes small control pressures to move the                                           plane or compensate for a cross wind or other conditions.

The way the new board learns to relax and apply the appropriate control
pressures to the control elements of an organization without over
controlling is by first imprinting on their mind the reality that the idea
or purpose of the organization wants to become a reality. It was created
with that in mind.

Now an organization in today’s political and commercial environment is less
like a high wing Piper Cub, a trainer which is inherently stable, and more
like an Pitts Special or Starduster biplane which is fully aerobatic and inherently
unstable in the air, but will fly just as well up side down as right side
up.

The reason I heartily congratulate you is that when John Dumb flipped you
up side down, you maintained focus, accessed your resources and finest
thinking, and used what he did to propel you forward toward your purpose
without even flinching. This proves you know who you are and where you’re
going and responded in line with the Master Mind Principle to change heading and                                     stay on course – on purpose.

As you know the net result of this is you positively attracted a great outcome                                    which nearly tripled your profit goal rather than going down in the opposite                                     direction into failure as he had pictured for you. The Master Mind keeps your                                   attraction powers focused on purpose. Now pass it on.

Throw It In The Meat Grinder

It’s frustrating. You know your sales team has greater potential but you’re attention is split in a dozen directions so you think, “I don’t have time to work ON the business.” One really good salesperson spends months in sick bay and you’re pulling out your hair wanting to help her get healthy. A top sales person is on the fence about to get fired because he “hates paperwork” and won’t do it, but he’ll have to be replaced if he doesn’t get “inspired” to do it.

Have you ever been frustrated?

One of the first things I do with coaching clients is list frustrations to be eliminated in their life and frustrations are looming large in society today with the world situation and the economy being what they are, so how about using The Master Mind Principle to transform those negative frustrations into a positive momentum?

Here’s how!

Why do you suppose a negative thought, feeling, attitude, person or circumstance rises to the surface in our lives?

I submit that it comes up for us to let it out. But, what do most people do? They attach themselves to it. Some pass it on to others as well. As an individual with the power to access The Master Mind, you’re not going to do that any more are you?

Negatives scare some people just as they used to scare me,  but with the collective courage of  The Master Mind fear gets transformed into faith. After all fear and faith are exactly the same energy except for the focus. Fear is having confidence in getting what you don’t want. Faith is having confidence in getting what you do want. Now, let’s shift it.

The negative comes up to get out. Say, “Thank you,” wave bye, bye, then throw that negative, whatever it is, in the meat grinder and turn the crank. That done, now lay out the doe for your new energy pie by selecting the attitude you want to replace the frustration with. Set your intention. Consider celebration, gratitude, generosity, kindness, love, joy, fun, play, whatever lights your bulb and warms your heart. Now activate your creative intelligence accessing The Master Mind to guide you into a creative way to generate or produce that new energy in this situation.

Just for clarification it is recommended you set your new intention: Every time a negative comes up I will say, “Thank you,” throw it into the meat grinder, turn the crank and grow into my next level of success.

You don’t win the sale, the promotion, the new business or new friend, or eight Gold medals and seven world records in the Olympics without this skill.

Your application of The Master Mind Principle in the area of business marketing enables you to engage superior R&D Insights, gather enlightened customer feedback and build harmonious interdepartmental cooperation.

The Master Mind Makes The Biggest Difference

The Master Mind, like any other principle of success, makes the biggest difference when it is applied toward a specific end with a definite purpose in mind.

Take business sales for example. There is no competition for the sales team that is energized and synergized with the attraction power of The Master Mind.

Why would that be true?

Scientifically the answer is very simple. People making application of the principle of The Master Mind are able to elevate their thought vibrations to a higher level. What that means is they are literally closer to the object of their desire by virtue of accelerated thinking. The laws of physics confirm that the monitor on which you are reading this post and the desk or table it sits on is not solid but composed literally of the rapid movement of energy in the form of molecules, electrons, neutrons, and atoms vibrating in a particular pattern. They move so rapidly they are solid to the touch in our experience just  as our own physical body also appears to be solid.

If you were to view the scale it would look something like this as you view the vibrations of a tuning fork:

              32,000 – 38,000 vibrations per second produce sounds audible to the human ear

              40,000 -  1,500,000 vibrations per second will be silent to our ears but read by instruments

              1,500,000 vibrations per second produce emission of heat increasing to produce light

              3,000,000 vibrations per second shed violet light

Above 3 million vibrations per second thought is produced and above that ever expanding scales of solid matter from water to diamonds and all levels in between. With the collective intelligence of The Master Mind boosting your thought vibrations in much the same way as a group of batteries connected in a series the thought power of the individual is increased, but in the human mind it goes much further than that. Not only is your individual thought power increased but you are now able to access The Third Mind.

When a sales team does this and aligns their collective and individual purposes in a particular way the act of selling becomes a natural flow of the collective powers of attraction of the group guide and directing each salesperson to gather the resources and use their talents and gifts in a fun way to build business more rapidly and easily than they ever could do alone.

One example Napoleon Hill sights is an insurance salesman who gives away 90% of his time and spends the other 10% writing business. I personally lead a real estate office from last to number one in the company in four months using this method. Again, using the same method, I lead a volunteer sales team at United Airlines from $95,000 a year to over $1,000,000 in sales. In delivering my Mastery Of Success program I documented a sales closing ratio of 98% using an interview system developed under the direction of The Master Mind. Over and over again the proof of the principle is in its application.

The Third Mind is about Power, true power, your power; it’s about your talents, your gifts and who you truly are beyond what you think. You are far more than you think you are and capable of making a huge difference when you learn as Eleanore Roosevelt so beautifully put it, “to do the thing you think you cannot do.”

As this blog unfolds and your wisdom is evoked, so too will our being in the world emerge. Perhaps together we become the emerging masters of mind and matter, or something less dramatic and more fun.

Distinctions – What’s in a name?

Distinctions are powerful coaching tools for  understanding and there is a major key distinction in what Master Mind DynamicsTM is all about versus the way the term master mind has become a buzz word in our society today.

I’m looking for input on the right name to clearly point to the distinction made with respect to the master mind personal support group as compared with a true understanding of the powerful principle of The Master Mind which Andrew Carnegie conceived from his quiet contemplations and studies. Here’s the distinction:

The Master Mind Principle vs master mind group- A master mind group may work cooperatively together toward goals and purposes or brainstorm great ideas sometimes very successfully and never actually induce the presence of The Third Mind called The Master Mind. People with a true understanding of The Master Mind Principle can increase their individual thought vibration levels high enough to access the collective group intelligence in any room, realize direct access to infinite intelligence, or receive input from a personal Master Mind Alliace at will, and take complete possession of their own mind.

Your Master Mind Beckons – Let The Journey Begin

Why have millions of people read about this exciting concept and principle called Master Mind over the past 70 years, yet still have difficulty applying it to their purpose? Why did Michael Eisner have a V.P. in charge of synergy at the Walt Disney Company while he was CEO there? Why do some teams have that apparently indefinable chemistry, while others fall flat or erupt in uncontrollable conflict? Why are so many businesses calling brainstorming, E-courses, TeleClasses and all manner of other things “Masterminds,” when they have no resemblance to or application of the Master Mind Principle aside perhaps from the function of brainstorming? What is the role of the Master Mind at home, at work, at play, and in your business or community in all your relationships?

These wise and  powerful words carry with them a blessing and a curse. We’ll be unwrapping both the blessing and the curse together as we use the Master Mind Synergy Blog  to begin this marvelous journey.

Finally I want you to know what has moved me to write this blog to take my journey to the next level and invite you to play with me.

I’ve been working with the powerful principles of The Master Mind since I discovered them in 1974 through Think And Grow Rich, Success Magazine, Og Mandino, W. Clement Stone and The Laws of Success by Napoleon Hill. I’ll not go into the phenomenal happenings it has produced for me through the years now but will share experiences in due time.

Last week while leading a Master Mind SIG group that I do for one of the major coach training schools a woman made a comment that I shall never forget because it lead me to a realization and a new commitment. When I asked her about why she came to visit the group and what she knew about The Master Mind she said, “I read a book on masterminding written by a group of coaches but I don’t know how to use the master mind.” I instantly recalled thousands of audiences I’ve surveyed with three questions over the years to determine where they are in their understanding of the principle as I’ve been gathering my notes to write The Master Mind Manual.

I will ask you now:

               How many of you have heard of Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill? — All hands go up.

               How many of you have read the book?   — Most of the hands go up.

               How many of you have a Master Mind Alliance and use the principle in all your relationships?

                             One to none of those same hands go up.

That hit me hard. I know why that is true. I slept on it and the next day I committed to completing the book in the first quarter of 2009.
