You just returned from a 3-day conference on business process improvement, or read a book, attended a TeleClass, or listened to a CD/DVD program or training. You are filled with enthusiasm and brimming over with new ideas. You can’t wait to figure out how to start using some of these ideas … then the phone rings. It’s your boss and she has a new project for you. (smile) “Oh Joy.” You look at your inbox … it’s overflowing. (smirk) There are 300 e mail messages and you have three meetings this afternoon. (ugh)
You’re, “back in the real world” and over the next few days, weeks and months, your enthusiasm starts to drift away. “What did I do,” you think, “with that binder with my notes from the conference?” Perhaps your excitement bails completely and you begin to wonder what all those great ideas were about. You still remember how good it felt when you were there, but soon the conference becomes just another binder gathering dust on your shelf. Six months later you pick up that next new conference brochure filled with promise and hope.

Every answer to every question, every solution to every problem, every invention and innovation revealed in the future of time flows through harmonious interaction of people focused together to build something. NOTE: the greater your conflicts the greater your potential for power. Stretch your imagination, think of yourself as Pinocchio the little wooden boy wanting to be real finding his Jiminy Cricket to act as his conscience and his guide through the challenges ahead. When you know with certainty life enables success in you stress is replaced with joy.
PRINCIPLE: We induce synergy with committed purpose harmony. Master Synergy. Synergy, that special chemistry among people, makes the whole greater than the sum of its parts. Synergy surfaces when the portal to the third mind is opened as we focus on a purpose, listen to the harmony in life, own our power with, not over, people, commit to bettering our best performance, and honor our higher self and our talents and gifts synchronized with others and life simultaneously.
